About 3 am on what I believe is round about day 11. Still finding any sort of side effects to the keto diet to be extremely mild if anything at all. The one symptom that I am struggling hard with, even currently running on 3 hours sleep, is insomnia. A friend of mine who also started 4 or 5 days ago on a ketogenic diet is also struggling with the same. I also did find that after extended cardio training ( running 3.5 miles ) I craved sugar. All I wanted was some gummy bears or something! This was the first I had experienced something like this craving as I normally dont have much of a sweet tooth even after hard training.
