Feeling good. Again, no real signs of strength loss or flu like symptoms.
Had 2 whiskey drinks last night ( straight, nothing at all added ). I've never been much of a liquor drinker, I have always preferred beer but obviously beer would not be conducive to ketosis. I have not been drinking very much at all in general in the last 3 months or so.
I do find myself pretty consistently hunry still despite not limiting my food intake outside of carbohydrates. Eating this way is certainly forcing me back into the healthy habit of eating more whole foods, less processed garbage, as I do go on long kicks where I rely too heavily on protein bars.
All in all a mostly easy journey this far. 92.
