Another early rising morning, 4:30am. Day 3 of attempting to transition to a ketogenic diet. Yesterday I ate whole milk in my coffee, almonds, hard boiled eggs and a scoop of peanut butter before bed. Feel fine and normal this far. No real noticeable loss in strength yet either. Hit a few decently heavy deadlifts this morning and progressive overload continued as planned on rows. Hoping I will avoid the infamous 'keto flu' symptoms and loss of strength that apparently are common. While I have tended in my life to eat less carbs in my diet than most average Americans, I wonder if symptoms will be any less severe.
